Isaac G. Philips, a denizen of the imagination, has been telling stories since the day he could talk. He created countless characters from stuffed animals and LEGO figures—every last one had a backstory and narrative arc. It was only a matter of time before his dream of becoming an author was born. Homeschooling fostered his passion and instilled the self-motivation needed to be a writer. Now he is a character specialist with years of research in psychology and philosophy. Meg E.L. Marchetti was the kid who stayed up late reading by flashlight under the covers. Writing quickly became another way for her to rejoice in storytelling. She and her husband Matthew both write and enjoy being each other’s editor and encourager. Meg has several projects she hopes to publish one day including a middle grade fantasy series and a young adult realistic fiction novel. Matthew A. Marchetti is a long-time fan of fantasy stories, such as Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn and Joe Abercrombie's First Law World. He has written fiction since 2016, when he started work on his own fantasy series called Fate of a Failed Dragon. Inspired by the emotional heights and tragic depths that stories can convey, Matthew and his wife Megan have been telling stories together ever since they were married in 2022. Matthew loves combining his love of engineering into complex magic systems and founding all his stories in the truth of the Gospel. Jonathan M. Reichel grew up treasuring the power of parables. He believes that when well crafted, stories can uplift, inspire, and impart wisdom. When misused, stories can depress, demoralize, and confuse. Heather A. Machia Reichel grew up in northern Vermont with the outdoors calling her heart. She considers writing as one way of expressing her joy of being alive, and the connectedness that she feels to humanity.
